Sorry if this sounds stupid, but where is this?

It's the road that goes over the mountain from Ebbw Vale to either Crickhowell or Talybont.

Hi everyone, i'm still full of cold (or bird flu as my DH calls it!). Skimmed through a bit of todays news, from what i can see its mostly champagne dtd and super amazing find blu ray players for 50p! Wow, love that one, well done OP :D

Did I miss anything? Theres no fear of me leaving my nice warm duvet just yet but I'm hoping to be back on the Tesco mission tomo.

I see its all kicking off on the tesco misprice thread over in unexpired land! Have you seen it?

I went on there earlier and posted about a link that someone had posted to a site where 1p items were listed all in one place. Maybe i could have been a bit more "subtle" about it, but long story short, it looks like 1 person has taken offence to it and is seemingly arguing with herself over there now!

    *sigh*

Must admit I haven't really had any decent whoopsies since Xmas eve, and they came from Morrisons :p:eek: Although I have to stop myself looking in the fridge at the whoopsies as my freezer is bursting!

i have a 5 shop hit planned for whoopsying on friday night, and co-op and morrisons are on the list :j

... I haven't forgotten about the template for personalised boxes for those who have emailed me I'll answer all later. :p

Im very sad, been making lots of those boxes for our school christmas fair, and another mum has been making tags!

Also found this website which has a few other ideas for the cards people will be taking down now (I like the stars and the poiny box, but more fiddly than your box as theres more cutting and scoring, but still nice to fill with a couple of chocs) I'd rather have a go at reusing before sending them for recycling!

Smart1e, I am finding the Co-op and Mr M's better for whoopsies at the moment. I had cheap chocolate at the Co-op yesterday and tonight I bought a bottle of wine, a Chinese meal for two (original price £6.99), Lurpak butter, Clover butter (free with the voucher), a pile of fresh tomatoes, a pile of bananas, chocolate cake and bread all for less than a tenner from Morrisons.

Thank you Issy and Cosmic , it's hard work keeping up with the best deals! I got the Clover coupon too, think they've all gone now though.

Think I spend a lot of time on this board and a few others but I love it when I go shopping and get "discounts" I never knew were possible!

    Thank you everyone on here!:j:j:j
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!
