Sorry sis, but we need more Scottish numbers.:rotfl:

I will also claim Scottish nationality if it gets free entry to all the 11 plus clubs without further effort!!:rotfl:

Just finished making a v. cheap bolognese. :D

Minced beef steak, that Mr T paid me 30p to take away on 26/12, 1p carton of tomatoes with chilli, 25ishp jar of pasta sauce & some veggies - mostly stuff from the fridge that would have gone to waste & some whoopsied red peppers.

Probably cost me about £1 for the whole lot, which will do 4-5 portions!

    Fantastic! I approve ;)

Love to hear how folks have created wholesome meals for pennies.

    Well done you :T

Fudge_Cake - loving your 2 little babies and pmsl at Kadison's description 'like clouds with legs' :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: We used to have a black miniature poodle when I was growning up - I'd pestered parents for ages for a dog, even used to take my cat and then the rabbit out for walks on leads, so they eventually gave in but had to choose carefully as Mam had very bad asthma, so poodle was ideal as no moulting. Do you always keep them in the 'puppy cut', they are gorgeous bundles of fluff

Spirallingdown - lovely to see pics of Harvey in the dog pound and then so happy with new friend Ruby - they do settle in well don't they - dogs tend to adjust to our lives. Hope you'll soon be settled enough to have them home with you in your own place :)

Tell me more FK pretty please?:)

Old stock....the ones without the bubble in the packaging (ie just a cardboard pack).

They DID scan at a couple of quid back in the electrical reduction days. Now scan at almost FULL price............which is nice as they are supposed to be on offer at HALF price!!! ;)
