I didn't salt last nights batch but I have for this one.

I have even rinsed the residual butter milk from it and formed it into 20, yes 20, full size blocks of butter.....

I'm v impressed!
When you have finished you will have to make up a step by step guide for us. I might give it a go if I ever happen to see lots of reduced cream.
