I'm going to try harder at this whoopsie business (so to speak) as there seem to be quite a few of the meat things with a multibuy discount that essentially makes them free....do we know which of the offers work and which don't? That would be quite useful, I'm more than happy to pop back tomorrow night and see!
I wa going to go Sat as Sun is closed for NY but I think on the days they close early there's s*d all left as everyone has the same idea!
It seems to be all the offers with varying quantities for example the meat 3 for £10 or 4 for £12, the finest sausages and tapas. It doesn't work with any fixed quantities for example chicken kievs 2 for £3.
Yes I agree about NYE, I was (until tonight!!!) planning on clearing some space in the freezer and hoping for some good whoopsies on Saturday afternoon but I think many will have the same idea and I've had more than my fair share tonight so I will be giving it a miss. Which thankfully will give me lots more time to get ready and none of the stress of legging it from dept to dept then supermarket to supermarket! :rotfl::rotfl:'There are people who have money and people who are rich' :heart2: Coco Chanel0 -

I love going to a certain tesco near me for flowers. They 10p everything after 9pm.....usually not much meat left by then although i did once get two proper joints of meat for 10p each but thats very very rare....but theres often quite a few flowers including the big tesco finest bunches and nice big bunches of lillies (my fave as natural room freshener for my bedroom at home and they all go for 10p.0 -

I'm very grumpy!
I had a really busy late shift, was really knackered and still detoured via Mr T on my way home. How many things did I find from my long 'wish list'?
NOTHING. No sponges or cloths or wipes or jewel air fresheners or andrex on the go....Not even a ****ing single Whoopsie
Plus the staff were blocking all the aisle with packing cages, making the clip strips really hard to see.
I had to buy FULL price bread and mineral water.
The only slightly interesting thing I got was from the seasonal reductions, a Finest Toffee Bombe pudding now priced at £1 (don't know how much they stated at)
I wouldn't mind so much If it was one of you lovely lot that had bought the stuff, but noone posts about W0k1ngham, so it is bound to be a lurker.
Strop over, I need a drink please.

Me too, everytime I go in T's I expect to go round the aisle and you to be there:rotfl::rotfl:Try working on the financial side with your friend as a different tack. The health bit never worked on me it was the financal side that really did it in the end, why was I doing all the glitches and grabbits yet stilll burning £50 a week in ciggies:eek::eek::eek:Now if I wanted to spend £50 a week on myself I wouldnt feel guilty, I wouldnt spend that on me every week because it's not mse but if I wanted to I would;) And now when DS goes to uni in October me and his dad will send him money and if I send him £50 a week I won't even notice it:T
Right off to bed now, night night everyone
Night night Happy, words tomorrow about those shoes!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
