Quick question to the scots: We are (probably foolishly) moving to scotland next year but i'm worried about the kids as a friend said they will get picked on at school for being English... do you think theres any truth in it (I know kids may get picked on at any school for a number of reasons but I don't want to add any more stress to there lives atm.

Hope that makes sense does in my scrambled brain lol

At least a little bit, to be blunt. But shouldn't be anything physical, most of it joking. We had english kids here, some people were nasty, their mates joked, but enever saw anything physical. Hth.

Hmmm, there's more English in Scotland than there is Scots these days:eek:
