I spotted that about an hour ago and thought what a brilliant price.....but my OH told me not to even go there He reckons two freezers are enough.....silly man :rotfl:

Talking of whoopsies, I have just been thinking of a few posts over the last day or so about people using fresh veg for loads of meals (and the pic of FK's slow cooker), and also the amount of veg I saw whoopsied this evening. I have a brand new slow cooker still boxed in the shed..... I could do loads with the amount of veg I have seen reduced over the last couple of days :eek:

Hmmmm wonder how much bigger than the slow cooker box the chest freezer is? :rotfl::rotfl:

If you are not already aware the Old Style forum in the Play section has a lot of good stuff about good value cooking.

I ignore the fruit & veg section as my repertoire of recipes is somewhat lacking so I can't think on my feet if I see whoopsied veg. Meat is easy as it can be frozen and allow me time to figure out what I can do with it!

I found my slow cooker earlier and almost dragged it out of its hiding place but there's no room in the freezer to store anything so I need to cook to go or use up so ready meal type stuff before I can batch cook.

I've tried my neck of the woods, folks neck of the woods and *spit* the out-laws postcode in Essex but no joy. I even tried other freezers out of interest sake so I'm wondering if it's an NI thing?

Two freezers are enough! ! Where does he store the vodka if he only has two freezers
