Oh dear my head hurts:(:( Long story cut short.

went to MR Ts 8am for my last bits home for 9am. eldest ds phoned to say he is on his way home for xmas ( lives away from home ). quick tidy round and sit down for elevenses, door bell sounds its the postman parcel from my parents and a letter for my 18year old ds ( he lives at home ) he takes his letter upstairs and within a few minutes hes running back down with a big :D:D all over his face. his letter was an entry date for the navy, he has been waiting nearly two years for this. so we all decided to have a drink or 2 to celebrate. Bad idea 3 hours later i had to go for a lie down, i think i may have over done it :eek:
I have just woke up and the house is in total darkness the cheeky sods have only left me home alone and gone to the pub:mad::mad::mad: serves me right for being a lightweight i suppose. So now im gonna be wide awake most of the night and the rest of the house will be snooring their heads off. I might just have to sample a few more to send me back to sleep.

ps MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL XXX:o

    congrats must be very proud
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

Not too good, knee is the size of brazil & I've been resting all day, ankle feels ok till i stand on it

Should I change my username to Darren Anderton ? Seen so many xmas films over the last few days never knew there were so many bad ones.

I'm like a caged lioness, can't wait to be let out gonna be a while yet :(

Doesn't sound the ideal way to spend Christmas hun :(:( but I love the pun about Darren Anderton :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

patches you up, send back out on pitch, can't do any worse than current crop

:rotfl:Can't remember the game, ian Holloway was still in charge, we had used all our subs, Clarke Carlisle a defender hurt his ankle really badly, came off had it strapped up, back on the pitch he could barely hobble, was put up front & nearly scored
  • Ive just popped online to thank everyone for their contribution to making my Brother a happy man for what is usually a sad time for him..

His wife left him 3 years ago and by now he hardly has 2p's to rub together, so Ive made it my mission to collect cheapies and freebies from Tesco to help him over the Christmas period..
I gave him a huge box full of stuff from Tesco eg Pyrex dish, green tea, sox, t-shirts, tray etc etc etc... plus 12 bottles of glitched wine (he told me he had bought himself a miniture bottle of red because he couldnt afford a big bottle to go with his his dinner, as he has his children with him this year)...
Obvioulsy I got him some extra stuff like a Phillips CD/ radio also during the Electrical glitch and a few bits and bobs...
I have never seen him cry in appreciation in all our lives.. and its all down to you lot...

Thank you all and I hope you all have a very merry Christmas xxxxxxxxxhugsxxxxxxx

Christmas is cancelled this year, for me anyway, virtually no presents bought or cards sent, won't be up to doing much of the cooking, was ill before the fall, on my second lot of 5 times daily tablets for shingles now (had the virus for 3 long months) so a bit off with the fairies as well when i take medication . been told i have to get dressed tomorow, my question, how ?

but i wish everyone a merry xmas & happy new year, i'm looking forward to be turbocharged in the new year & joining the glitching frenzy, big hugs to all the lovely people on here

Please don't cancel Christmas, I will be popping on here throughout the Christmas break, as will lots of other people, I imagine. Let us be the family you are celebrating with. A virtual Christmas has got to be better than none. Use the time to plan for next year, that way it will be the best ever. I really do wish you well :grouphug:
