Mixed afternoon for me today.

First the bad - I went to Asda and M&S food, both of which are a mile down the road from me. The staff in Asda didn't even seem to speak English and the guy in M&S was condisending and rude. How M&S think they are going to sell 15 fresh turkeys (almost full price) in the next hour I have no idea.

The good bit was I drove the 12 mins to Mr T and I did get some goodies. I got there at 1630, which was too late and everything and already gone. But I found some 4 x casserole steak still on the shelf, not reduced, and they kindly reduced it for me. Then managed to get a Brisket of beef joint as well. Even considering my petrol to get there it was worth it. Picture to follow in a min.

Hope everyone did really well with their woopsies.

Not quite as spectacular as a 1p find but I'm pleased to offer as found in M£rthyr Tydf1l xtra...

3 pack of shuttlecocks , on a clipstrip in sports aisle b/c 0389. Priced on clipstrip as 3p too!!

And further news to report - Perfect Clean melitta things recalled there too so couldn't have them and dropped into P0ntypr1dd on the way home, scanned the pork shoulder and it said please see a member of staff so think that's been recalled too, well in that store anyway!

Whoopsies very disappointing too...makes sense really why should they give decent reductions when people are buying it anyway?(Not me lol) Trout reluctantly gave me a 2 pk of salmon for £1 and a Finest curry for £1...the power was almost too much for her..:rotfl:

Evening all, back from whoopsie-ing, bit of an anti-climax, feel all headachey and sick, just tested by BS and it's 4.4 which is really low for me so I'm using it as an excuse to get a Maccy D's Not that I need one you understand lol!

A car went onto its roof turning into Orbital Park, from what I could see the important bits were more or less intact so hopefully everyone escaped unharmed.
