I've not caught up so forgive me if this has already been suggested, if I don't answer as I go I can never find the posts again:D

I used to have a problem with mice every winter but what worked for me was peppermint or spearmint essential oil. Just a dab on a rag or cotton wool and push it into whatever crack you think they may be living in (too early for those jokes, so don't bother please :D ) If they hate the smell so much I suppose that explains why one never sees mice chewing gum :rotfl:

Never heard of that before mharzuk but many thanks. I will get some today .............................. oddly enough, guess what Mr 3Dogs saw scuttle across the kitchen floor last night when he was up taking some meds around 3 am?

Yes, a mouse ............. must have heard us taking about them :rotfl:

Morning one and all. Took advice from last night and went back to bed for a while. I feel very naughty having slept past midday but I'm up & about and ready for whoopsies.

M&S sale seems to be live for those mentioning it. Boys at the ex's. Feel useless with no dirty bums to clean or mouths to feed but I won't get down.

Blue bottle count for today = 4. Total for the week = 14.

My 12 bread rolls tub of coleslaw and a hastily grabbed packet of revels and minstrels has just cost me 54p thanks to OEP, got home and saw that 2 of the wraps were OOD, o/h about to bin them ohhhhhhhh no you don't (said in a pantomime styleeeeeeeee) I take them back and the Xmas fairy trout wants to see my receipt, I gulp and hand her over a carefully folded receipt, she then says OMG this isn't right, I do my best confused look, Fairy trout says "selling out of date food, I can see you had the 2 for 3 offer but I will refund you full price for both, Merry Xmas" I reply "oh yes it is, Merry Xmas to you too" :)
