Offshore Business Formations... Good Idea?

Im trying to setup a new LTD and wanted to do it where i would pay less coperation tax - i.e. Gibraltar

When i get paid my dividends i will still pay capital gains and personal tax on my dividends but i wanted to know if anyone else has gone down this road or knows of any accountants/law firms that can assit.

Also some central european and asian states are offering perks i.e. working visa's with entitlement for citizenship later for investors (business startups with a set min cash injection into their economy)

Any advise would be very very useful... part of my todo's for 2012 :D

Thanks
