Back in july i bought a citroen c2 ,intermittent faults were a nightmare , reversing sensors,cruise controle,power steering etc nothing would work , after weeks of them attempting to fix the car they wrought it off......they offerd me a 5 door honda ...ok i said but the diff went in it as they drove it from where it was at the time .......ahhhh not happy so they offerd me a honda civic 3 door free tax,free sevice plan for 3 years,free tank of petrole(which i never got ) as a jesture of good will.....finaly got the car which was heavely scratched,the boot wouldnt open (so a sales staff attacked it with a screw driver and got ot open but not for long ) got the car home and noticed a whining noise which turned out to be the clutch bearing release...took it back and had my money back ....turnes out that this HONDA was much cheeper than the CITRON C2 i bought originaly by about £500, so the good will jesture of free tax and service plan, i realy paid for them and wasnt a FREE gift , they still have my deposit of £200 to go back on to a creadit card...i have contacted trading standards who wrought to EVANSHALSHAW TREFOREST SOUTH WALES, who deny there was a problem with the honda car or the way they coned me ..........so if the honda had no problems with it why did they give me my mony back .......iv lost part of the tax i put on 2 cars, £100 plus changing over the insurance from one car to the other and they have lied about the hondas fault ............Do not buy anything from them as they will sell any piece of junk:(:(:(:(
