How risky is this?

I'm a landlord of a house with a number of single people living in it.
I am thinking of asking one of the girls who lives in the house out on a date.
Given our respective financial dependencies do you guys think this is risky? That is, could a lot go wrong?
I take some comfort from the fact that this is how my parents met 45 years ago - and they are still married!
I think I know the answer, but I was wondering what the consensus was.
P.S. Have I posted this in the right place?
