Try Easyjet or Monarch, enter your dates, and see what they come up with. Then go to a hotel booking site like booking.com and see what you can get.
You might want to try flying in and out with different airlines, e.g. we are flying out of Bristol on 26/12 with Thomas Cook, then back on 31/12 with Ryanair.0 -
