    Actually you are I'm afraid, about 3 months ago a policy brought in where staff aren't allowed to override the system by more than 10%. Wilco isn't the first to post on here regarding this.

    I had a similar problem with NPower for my elec - DD was originally £35 a month. Account was £118 in credit, they wanted to put DD up to £50 odd, and when I phoned to reduce their suggested amount, they wouldn't budge.

    I ended up changing over to BG click energy - best thing I ever did. Still paying £30 per month DD and in credit.
