PPI - Credit Card

I have been offered an ex-gratia payment in full and final settlement of a claim althought the company does not accept any admission of liability for mis-selling PPI - should I accept this or take mny complaint further?

It's a question of how much money you expect, compared to how much they have offered, and what proof you have that the PPI was missold.

If the amount they've offered is substantially less than you can prove you paid, and if you can definitely prove misselling, then it's worth going back and asking for a revised offer - and then if necessary taking your complaint to the Ombudsman.

If you have limited proof then there's no guarantee that a further complaint or an Ombudsman referral would change the offer.

The other thing to bear in mind is that a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service can take a long time, so there's a question about how urgently you want the money.
