Hi
I only buy plain flour, not SR flour, so that I get through it quicker and avoid getting flour bugs!
Can anyone remind me of a general rule of thumb as to how much baking powder I need to add to plain flour when wanting the flour to be SR?
Apart from 1 very old cook book, all new recipes always refer to SR flour!
Many thanks

This depends on just what you're cooking or baking. There's a thread somewhere about the place, hang on while I find it...
