I’ve been told last night by Orange that a handset was attempted to be delivered to my OH's work address yesterday.
This is an interesting one for me, as she was at the location personally within the delivery slot time (9-1) and they’re now asking for £6 for a failed delivery.
Where this gets even more interesting is that noone called in, where she was stocking up to open at 1pm, and there’s nothing on the CCTV systems for the entire 3 units.
To cut a long story short, I’ve phoned UK Mail and Orange this morning, who can’t agree on the time the call was, and UK mail originally stated that there was nothing at all for W3 7JT yesterday. She spoke to delivery men for the main unit personally, also on the CCTV
Any ideas?

Cancel the phone and re-order. According to the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel the order up to seven working days after the date of delivery. You must be refunded all monies paid, including postage.
If Orange and UK Mail want to play silly beggars, so can you.The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0
