Eon Name Change

Eon for some reason has changed the name on my bill from my name to sons name!!! Why would they do that? Will have the inconvenient in phoning and asking them to change it back.

    I'm really sorry the name on your bill has suddenly been changed.

    I suspect this has something to do with changes we've recently made to increase the security of individual accounts.

    The changes are designed to help prevent fraud but, unfortunately, we've had a few glitches whilst updating accounts and it sounds as though you've fallen foul of one of these.

    This can be put right if you contact us. Alternatively, drop an email to the address in my Profile and I'll be happy to sort it out for you.
