Rate of price increase you can expect on a commercial property?

Probably not the best place for this, but does anybody know what the present rate of price increase you can expect on a commercial property (shop and flat above)? I know rates will vary depending upon what you read but I just wanted some guidance to start off.

No reliance should be placed on the above.

Value is almost completely dependant on planning permission available, off the top of my head A3 use being the most expensive (Hot food Take Away etc).
I'm moving in the next fortnight into a new warehouse, I've never seen commercial property as expensive as it is now.
Having spent the last year looking at ridiculously expensive property (nearly all of which were empty) I've found a lot of units being dropped in price (sale or lease) in an attempt to get them occupied. I wouldn't at all be overconfident of any substantial rises in the hear future.0
