avro- cancellation charges!

We are a big group going on holiday in ten weeks time unfortunatley three people have had to drop out, they have charged us £60 for each cancellation, does anyone know if they can do this seeing as there is still ten weeks to go and they will probably still be able to sell these tickets on for the full price.

It is probably described somewhere in the terms and conditions, are name changes permitted?

cant find terms and conditions, booked through the travel agents and they did the flight for us, went onto avro site and cant see any links for T&C either
no name changes just straightforward 3 x cancels

you could put tickets on ebay- or here if you find out its probaly minimal fee for a name change £12 ish but really ask agents to put pressure on 12 week is often deadline but 10 week cancellations are possible if you kick up enough fuss
travel agents must legally have copy of terms & conditions signed by you. if not then it is invalid and you don t need to pay full sum- if you havent already! this should give you added leverage
