APCOA - charged week day at weekend
I had valid parking up until 23:59 on Friday at a First Great Western station cat park. On the Friday there was a change of plan and I was now going to return on the Saturday. So I used the phone system to extend my parking by 1 day. But I got charged the weekday rate and not the weekend rate. My online billing confirms this. Its a small amount of money but I know APCOA wouldnt do me any favours if tables were reversed so I dont want to do them any favours and just let it drop.
I sent APCOA a polite message through their web site and not heard anything for 5 days. I know they have completely ignored messages through their web site before now so Im not holding out much hope.
Any suggestions to force the issue?
Am I expecting too much too soon from them? What is a "short time" for a response when they have overcharged me?

Why dont you phone them as I doubt the message will be replied to.0

This First Great Western website does not show any different carparking rates for weekends.
But maybe I'm doing it wrong.
Which station?0 -
Crowthorne. They do have different rates as per sign there and apcoa web site. I would phone them but a contact number is very conspicuous by its absence.0

Well this National Rail Enquiries webpage has a phone number for APCOA.
As does this First Great Western webpage.
There's also an email address there.
Do you mean this APCOA webpage?
It does show cheaper weekend rates.
It also lists a phone number.
How did you extend you parking? By using more?
If so is it possible that the existing tariff is just continued?
No idea really. Just guessing.
Give them a ring.
Looks like you might be due a refund of 90p.0
