i had my contract upped in the end of june to an aditional day per week this went on for just over 3 months. so i called it an aditional 12 working days as it was about 12/13 weeks this i should accrue a/l for?

Your payslip will only show your earnings since 6th April 2011 as that's when the new tax year started. So it will be missing 2 weeks worth of pay

i think with commision you could be right oooppss!! but that is just commision so in 25th oct -24th nov i made £2.67 in comission so i dont really care about the commision as it is very little hahaah!!!! so you are right i am awating payment of that from the 25th nov to the 17th of dec i will get that the 25th of jan thank you!!
hopefully with the missing money they will put it in that payment as i really dont want to do a et as i have done one before and it stressed me massivly and i did really like the company and my managment
