Viagogo - how do you contact them?? please

I sold two tickets for George Michael on Viagogo but the concert has been postponed. My sale on Viagogo has disappeared. I no longer have the tickets nor was I paid for them because you receive payments 7 days after the event. Any ideas how I contact Viagogo to see why they have cleared the sale altogether?
