  • As far as i'm aware Barclays will be doing this for all customers and free of charge. Doesn't have to be a full connect card ether, you can do it on the electron and cash card accounts as well.

P.S. if you decide you want to change it or you would like to revert back
to the normal card you can contact debit card services on 0870 010 4503 (number on the back of most cards)

P.P.S. To the comment Stclair made about being shocked about the UK call-centre i'd like to point out that well over half of UKRB customer service is in the UK (Manchester, Liverpool, Coventry, Glasgow & the isle of man) and debit card fraud and services are based in cov and Northampton. Only abroad centres are and 2 overflow customer service centres and Barclaycard.

If anyone has £6.50 to spare why not give it to a charity rather than wasting money on a picture that only you and any friends you show it to will see.

Now if you go into a shop they rarely inspect the card and just ask you to it into the pin device.

  • Well, tried to post mine, but "as a new user I'm not allowed". I get it, and I can see why MSE would do this, but I'm not a new user, I just seldom contribute - Slightly frustrating! :(

You can post it, it just needs to be a link that isn't clickable. You can even include spaces to ensure it isn't. Other users will know what to do.
