Where to post Agggghhhhh

As my query is related to car insurance I've plonked it here.

My son had a very minor accident about 11 months ago - not his fault and so minor I could not even see the dent and scrape to start with. He was a named driver on my policy with DLine but as I wasn't paying for it at all had it fixed. End of ????? No!!!!!
I now know that it was DLine who passed my details to a 3rd party personal injury company. Not one but several. Now, months later, I'm getting daily phone calls.
I ALWAYS tick the box about passing on info to 3rd party. No !!!

Can I ask DLine to send me proof that I agreed to allow this. (I never do !!) If they can't prove can I report them to ?????? who ??

I am so tempted at next call to string them along as far as I can so it actually costs them money.

Thanks
