I had a look on Ebay for one of these last week and there wasn't one to be seen.
I've had mine since I got married - got it from the milkman. Its poorly sick now and will soon need replacing. I probably know lots of the recipes off by heart but I still 'need' itSometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -

I have to say a big thanks for this great tip. Will probably save me a fortune if it works. Am doing a cake decoration course and wanted to practice by making little mini birthday cakes for family and friends.
Have been looking for affordable mini tins everywhere and have had no luck, so am going to try and make a batch of cakes using the Heinz jam sponge tins as I think they are a perfect size. Will let you know how I get on!0 -
what a great idea!
So do you cook things at the same temp but for less time? or at lower temps?0
