Write down every single thing that you spend. Either notebook or spreadsheet, and make sure that you keep up with it. Look for best deals (I've just halved my phone/internet package).

im not as you put it copping out , i know i need to do something and i know that they are busy and are fully booked up way past xmas but i want to give them chance as have only heard good things
I meant I was copping out by not giving you an answer, because I can't give you an answer. CAP could be great for you, Payplan could be better or the other way round. Only you an make the decision.
I went with CCCS because I could do everything online, I think i've only spoken to two people in all the time i've been on my DMP. But that suits me, others need the personal touch.
