Still waiting for my PIN number

I recieved my new Barclaycard last friday I think it was, with a letter saying that obviously the PIN will be sent separate and that I can go ahead and use online straightaway. So far I used it just to ordtheer some groceries in. Anyway, I've still not recieved the PIN. Could it jut be stuck in the post as its nearly christmas? Im also aware that my postie sometimes just doesnt turn up in our street at all!
Could it be these reason, or do you think it's lost and I need to call them? Just dont want to have to call them as it seems its an indian based callcentre and when I spoke to them before activating it, it was really hard to hear what was being said!
