Help, Problems with BODINI

Apologies if i'm in the wrong place.
I have recently purchased a 10 in 1 games table from Bodini, well it was 3 weeks ago & I havn't received it. I have emailed them twice and I have phoned them numerous times and all I get is theres no-one available to take your call & hangs up!! No response to the emails either! Obviously you've probably guessed this is a christmas present that seems not to be arriving. can anyone help or perhaps has anyone dealt with these people in the past? I've done evrything I can think of. The number I have for them is 02077175400 which is pointless.
I'm desperate now, can anyone help?

Hey I've had same problem with order on 27 oct and still not got it. If you try calling the number over and over you will get through eventually. Took me about 30 times. There is already a post people are commenting on but I can't post the link. But if you search google with bodini.com there will be a link there to this site with the post0
