had an email from e bay to say i authorised this payment but haven't a clue what it is for.I have sold a couple of things recently, making the princely profit of £17. They have taken some charges before this.
I closes a previous account about 3 years ago because they were taking £3 a month from my account, and i could get no explanation from them. They ended up with about £20 which I never got back. Is this going to be the same thing?
Don't seem to have much luck with them

Have you checked at ebay.co.uk?
Might be phishing if its an email.
Otherwise give them a ring, click the contact us.0 -
Ebay fees perhaps as they are payable once a month and not taken from your payments received.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. SARL = Societe a Responsabilite Limitee - the equivalent of a limited company in Luxembourg where Ebay base their European operations so it's probably not suspicious but it is always best to log in directly rather than click on a link.0

Probably your seller fees. Have a look on your seller account & see if the amount matches your invoice.0
