Hi
I need some advise, I received a while you were out card from a courier company and the following day tried to ring the number but as expected at this time of year there was no reply.
I sent my husband down to the depot the next morning and they have advised me that I have signed for the parcel the dat before and showed him the signature, he instantly knew it wasn't mine as it looks like a child (not possible as children at school and H and I work full time!)
Anyway after a lot of discussing with the manager there it transpires that the courier signed the slip and left the parcel somewhere at the front of the house. He said he would come round and show us where it was left but no suprise he didn't show!)
We are now left with no parcel - not sure if it was left or not! and the courier company saying it was signed for (Yes by your courier!!!)
The parcel is from America so i can't get another one quickly.
Where do I stand with this? The courier is not helpful at all and the seller is in America (purchased through a Ebay Shop)
Do the courier company have to do anything more??
Thanks,

Your issue is ultimately with the seller - THEY contracted the courier, not you. Unfortunately you'll need to notify the seller and get the wheels turning for a replacement (or a refund).0
