It means he's a delivery driver, delivered something on Friday (presumably when Sainsburys were having computer problems) and now one of his customers is saying they did not get the delivery.
He is, unsurprisingly a little fed up about this. There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -

Well played, sir! There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
But surely they would have signed their name when they got the delivery - so Sainsburys will have proof that it was delivered (as well as the van tracker showing the same). Or are they going to let someone get away with fraud? (Which is what it amounts to if you received a delivery and then say you didn't)."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

people complain when systems fail and dont get things but when firms bendover backwards this happen now you can see why so many firm just fail to deliver stuff when thing go wrong0 -
well if you have a signature, what's the problem?helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
i know that but it dont everytime someone ring up saying something missing / damaged it down to the driver
so it stop the drivers taking anything
but goes on your record

Make sure you let them know that you're onto them when you next deliver to them. Greedy barstewards."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0
