I telephoned M+S last night about our second bill. Just moved to them recently as Eon were a nightmere. Have to first pay around £350 for both Gas and Electric that we have used so far and then will set up a direct debit.
Anyway I was so surprised by how helpful and nice the lady on the phone was. Not only was I answred quickly but she was helpful and kind. She didnt try and get me to pay up straight away or make me agree to a payment plan that I couldnt afford. She advised she would let me have time to see how much I could afford and then take it from there.
The service I received reminded me that there are considerate, helpful people out there !

M+S are SSE. Im not with SSE but i know each year they have consistenly the best customer service. To be quite frank, i work in the industry...and no other company comes close lol.
I only wish there prices were as competitive as the other companys, then it would be a no brainer to be with them.:rotfl:0
