Warning: Lloyds TSB Scam Email?

I have just received the following email supposedly from the bank.
I am fairly sure it is a scam as I used to have an account and now don't. I am fairly certain I never used internet banking with this account and it was sent to an email address that I would not be using for such an account.
I have reported it to Lloyds TSB but thought it worth posting a warning for others. Not sure whether I should report it anywhere else - anyone know?
PS: If I've posted in the wrong place would someone be kind enough to move it. thanks

What dose annoy me about Lloyds TSB is that in there real emails there are always links to the site, nomaly to sign up to an offer. This is getting people in a bad habit in clicking on links in emails and entering on-line banking (even if its a link of a link). They should just put "For your safety we never provide website links in emails, simply navigate to our site using your current method and enter the following code in the search box. You will be taking to a page about this offer"0
