Apologies ,its a Rant !!!!

Placed my first order during a sale on the 2nd of Dec.
Could have lived with the fact they might have cancelled the order due to demand but they didnt, so lined the items up as xmas pressies.

Hadn't recieved order 10 days later, so phoned and told there had been some hash up and that they items were being sent as we spoke

Items still didnt arrive. last delivery time was due up yesterday so waited politely and phoned today.
Spoke to bloke, Both items out of stock and he said that if they had been reordered earlier by the (woman typing frantically I assume !), that they may turn up. but he wasnt even able to say whether there was an original order sent out or whether the back order was sent out , that the assumption was that the items were out of stock on both occasions.

So really not only did they not have the items to sell, they didnt cancel the order, and they may or may not have tried to send something but they don't know and never will !!!!:(
