Doubt it, it'll be valid until the expiry, if it turns out they've refunded in error they should ask for the money back rather than 'cancel' the tax, and if they did cancel the tax they would at least have to inform him of such before they did so.And if you don't ask your tax disc may turn out to be invalid because not fully paid for.0 -

That would be the normal course of events, to ask the RK to pay the difference. If they don't respond they can ultimately void the road fund licence and put a marker to that effect on the vehicle record. it has the correct value 118.25. i was just curious if anyone knew of glitch at the tax office obviously it seems santa's on my side....
