If you were expecting anyone to be travelling to / from Belgium on 22nd Dec, think again.

Looks as though my brother won't be able to join us for Christmas without losing the ticket he currently has booked for onward travel within the UK and paying another £100+ for a replacement one once he can get into the UK.

If he can get a replacement Eurostar ticket at all, that is.

I managed to get home and when I got there at 4pm yesterday they still had space to change the tickets of people who were booked for today.

My biggest problem was actually getting to Brussels as the strikes started earlier leaving me stranded halfway there on the train...
