Amtico is the best vinyl floor you can get - and there is no really genuinely cheap way to buy it nor fit it - the product will outlast pretty much any alternative - they are now owned by Karndean (I think) who have a bunch of similar products. Sometimes the real flooring that Amtico is trying to copy is cheaper than their version, can you fit real stone (sounds like a granite) for less even with underfloor heating?0

There are several online companies that supply it and will 'show' you their prices online(either per pack/per square metre) I did it this way(can't recall who I used though) I also found it cheaper to get a fitter from down South to come up the country and fit it(even with paying for travel/B&B for two of them).
As well as the product don't forget to factor in adhesives and I believe the majority of floors will also need ply type boarding fitted onto your current floor before tile laying.
Karndean is generally considered the cheaper of the two brands although within that they do have a 'cheap' range. I believe when I was doing my research that the cheapest Karndean range(Knight ?) didn't have the best reviews.
What swung it for me was the colour although I did make an error in that I had got a sample from local retailer which was 'perfect' but what I didn't realise was that the 'tiles' of any colour(by that I mean wood colours) have 3 different shades(?) and the boxes come with all 3 colourways so my floor isn't quite the colour I was hoping for (lesson learnt lol)
Shop around, I am sure there is a bargain to be had0 -
You don't buy a Lambo for the same price as a Fiat500. What constitutes reasonable?
