No worries, I'm sure it will all work out and have a good Christmas in the end0 -
1968 Australia. The run up to Christmas involved lots of fun activities. I was a small kid, so I knew Father Christmas was going to pay a visit. He didn't let me down and on the day in question we opened presents while watching Apollo 8 circle the moon. Boxing day was a picnic on the beach at St Kilda. Best of all, nobody mentioned house prices. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I'm a big fan of MrRee's youtube educational videos on budgeting and making money.
Of course he doesn't use his nickname on here, probably wants to stay low key and modest

While I find it kind of sad to measure a 'best Christmas' by personal wealth, I have to say this year has left me happier, healthier and more prosperous than at any other time in my life (based on eating well, exercising regularly, spending less than I earn and investing the balance over a long period in a range of assets, including my two lovely homes, shares, lots of cash etc etc. Oh, and some metals too).

This year is pretty good. The twins are both now old enough to understand the concept of Santa, and the in-laws are coming over from Dublin for Chistmas.
Hmmm... cooped up with Mrs Nollag, 2 nollageens, and the in-laws for a week???
Aaargh!! Let me back to work now!!0
