Cheap Deals For Berlin at Easter?

The O/H wants to spend a few days in Berlin after Easter. Have been browsing on Lastminute & Expedia etc for city breaks, seem to average out at £150ish pp for a half decent hotel. Does anyone know if it would be cheaper to book flights & hotels seperately? And if there are any decent offers available at the moment?

Ideally fly from Birmingham if possible, but London is also possible.
