    Economy-Radiators :

    Basic law of physics says that a kW = a kW. Unless you use something along the lines of a heat source pump, no electric heating system is significantly more efficient than another.
    Although ir panels have their use e.g. outdoor smokers area, for normal indoor use their efficacy for fast warm up may be better, but their overall efficiency is not.
