christmas Returns on faulty electricals after 28 days

    The Christmas present excuse would hold more weight if it was returned after Christmas. If they were always intending to test it before Christmas they should have done it before the 28 days were up. The only thing the retailer is doing wrong here is insisting they fix it themselves.
