Where are the TWO locations of the operatives?

I just speed watched the show and I have no idea. Who or what are the operatives?
I assume it's not the presenters because they visit 5 locations. 1 is Ford's Dunton Technical Centre in Essex, another is 'home', Suzi goes into unspecified woods and an ice rink, and Polly goes to an indoor snow slope.

I think the locations were in film trailers during the ad breaks, I only saw one but am prety sure it was Dubai, not sure if they want city or country as the answer.

The Burj Khalifa Hotel mentioned in the movie is the Armani Hotel Dubai - the first hotel designed and developed by Giorgio Armani.

Just watched the imdb trailer and the only thing I got was a headache! Definitely saw Moscow and somewhere that may or may not have been Dubai.
