Hi All.
I've got billing issues with BT and can't speak to anyone who seems to know what they're talking about. Half the time I can't actually understand what they're saying !
So no option but to go to the top. Does anyone know if the CEO is still ian [EMAIL="livingston@bt.com"]livingston@bt.com[/EMAIL].? And does his team still answer complaints sent to his e-mail.
