M&S More - A Warning

I guess a lot of people will be going the 3.9% M&S More Offer so I thought I'd share my tale of woe.
I finally after much waiting got through to their call centre to make a balance transfer.
Surprise surprise it is in India. Now I have nothing against this as long as the person on the other end of the phone can speak English, unfortunately the guy I was speaking to was clearly struggling. Anyway after a lot of repetition I finally got him to make the transfer. he repeated the amount back to me. Job done.
Phoned up today to close the BoS account I had transferred from only to find my balance had only reduced by £12.15. The idiots at M%S had put the decimal point in the wrong place. So looks like I am about to get hid by a shed load of charges from BoS:mad:
Phoned to day and after another very long wait transferred the remainder.
Needless to say I will be pursuing M&S for the charges and interest!
Lesson check the idiots at M&S have transferred the right amount as soon as possible.

They're supposed to repeat the amount transferred back to you. Some lessons in customer service wouldn't go amiss methinks.0
