What is reasonable Price for DG

1 front door with side glass
1 patio double double door.


what would be a fair price and what product should i go for. Dont know much about double glazing - definitely dont want any cheap stuff

5k for a local company and anything between 15k to 70k for Everest etc...

In terms of choosing double glazing - what are the things to look out for such - glass type - Is Crystal windows a good company. I want to make sure i buy right.

Having similar debates ourselves.

seems fair given we've been quoted £3700 for 8 windows no doors and that's the best price.

Main thing is - are they customising the windows or are they fitting off the shelf stuff (like you can buy from Wickes?) If it is the latter it can be harder to get a decent fit.

If they are customising them then who is making them? Whose frames and glass are they using? Is it A rated at all? does it have the sold secure branding?

Lots of questions to ask or lots more info needed to give a clear answer dependign on how you look at it!
