Ge capital bank help please

I had a Dorothy perkins card pre 2005and paid PPI and Santander who have taken over GE CAPTIAL bank gave me a big fat No, and in the letter they said i could pass on my complaint to the FLA, which is based in london.

I did this online and recieved a letter back this morning and they have investigated it with Santander and they have come back again with a big fat No, i gave them my account number and all previous address details, and they said because i didnt provide any more information there decision to not uphold the complaint still stands!!! what the hell do they expect me to provide is what i would like to know........

where do i go from here

    Contact the FOS and explain the situation, even though the FOS will not be able to investigate against a buisiness who were not regulated at the time you take it out, they will possibly suggest another avenue, for example, Underwriter/insurer of the policy.
    As they may have been regulated and they will check the involvement of when the ppi was sold to you.
