I returned some items Oasis over a month ago and on 16 november I had an email to say the returned items had been received and a refund would be processed within 10 days however I have still not had this refund.
I have emailed through their online helpdesk and help email but I am getting no reply apart from once I got a reply asking for the original order number which I sent and have since not heard back. Their automatic response says their telephone service isn't working at present but I can't find the number on their website anyway
The original order was about £250 and the refund due is for over £100. It was paid on credit card.
Can anyone tell me what else I can do to try and get my refund.

Was the original purchase online or instore?
Do you have anything in writing (email is fine) that confirms the intent to refund, and the amount? (If yes then you may be able to initiate a chargeback via your CC company).0 -
The purchase was online and I have an email accepting the refund and stating how much but I wasn't sure if I could go to the credit card company. I will give it a go and see what they say. Do you know if I need to tell them I want to claim under any particular rules etc?0

In that case Distance Selling Regs apply and the retailer has 30 days (from notification of intent to cancel the purchase of an item, NOT from receipt of return) to make the refund. From what you say this is now well past. Thus contact your CC company and ask about their Section 75 Chargeback scheme.

I have just been reading the link and not sure I can use the Section 75 as all the individual items were under £100 even though they came to over £100 between them?0

Even if section 75 doesnt apply, you can still do chargeback. This is provided under mastercard/visa's own policy and not a legal right though. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
