Royal Mail Price Finder

Is anyone else having problems with the Royal Mail Price Finder, I have been getting this message for a few weeks now, which is quite annoying as I can't price up ebay shipping costs.

Yep all you need is the price guide, digital scales and if you send alot then consider buying through eBay a proper plastic rigid size guide.

They also sell these in St*ples - mine was £1.99 a few months ago. Makes working out postage charges a lot easier
