This site comes up regularly in searches and they offer a huge variety of goods. I bought an expensive standard lamp from them and it eventually arrived in two parts, both shabby boxes were damaged and open and the parts were damaged so I had to refuse the goods
There was no problem arranging a refund but I have waited over 3 weeks when I could have been looking elsewhere. I did not realise that the lamp had to travel from spain and I did think that for almost £300 I would be getting something special, packaged securely
They don`t answer e mails but are polite on the phone, however I will never shop with them again. It isn`t worth the risk of further disappointment
